My journey in natural health began as a child; I have my paternal grandfather to thank for his passion for nature and remedy making gave me much wonder and curiosity, which continued into adulthood. I can still travel through memories of smell and herb picking from those days.

I am mother of two grown up children and the grateful grandmother of two beautiful boys. As my children grew, I joined and worked at my local Fire Station as a first responder for over 8 years; this ignited my passion for health once again.

In 2009, we moved to the UK, for my children to finish their education in their Country of Birth, little did I know it was the beginning of my own academic education once they finished theirs.

In the UK, I joined a local college for an ITEC, Level 3, evening course in Aromatherapy.

It was through my Anatomy teacher on that course that I discovered Homeopathy.
From that very first consultation, I began to heal in more ways that I could ever think possible, I will be eternal grateful to her for my own health, the amazing journey of knowledge and self-discovery I have embarked on since.

Experiencing my own healing led me to want to know more about Homeopathy, its scientific background, philosophy and history, and here I am. 

Based in Algarve, Portugal, I treat a wide range of conditions from all age groups.
I offer consultations on a one to one base, by telephone, Skype or What’s App.
